He is the recipient of the National Premier Youth Award 2013 and is currently the Member of Parliament for Tenggara, entrusted as the Chairman of MCI and Chairman of RISDA.

Li Jinsong is the Chairman of TANG International, a leading force in China’s international TVET cooperation, with a network of over 500 institutions. He focuses on talent development and technology exchange.

Mohammad Rizan Hassan
A youth activist focused on talent development through TVET, and currently serves as the President of BELIA MAHIR. He has industry experience in manufacturing across Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand, and has been involved in TVET since his student days.

He is the Technical (Industry) Advisor for BELIA MAHIR, with experience in the manufacturing sector in both Malaysia and China. He has also been involved in TVET for over 30 years through an apprenticeship-based training approach.
